ADVANTAGES OF PREFABRICATED CONSTRUCTION:

QUALITY FEATURES:

Testing:
The vault rooms are certified and tested by the ECBS to the latest security standard, CEN 1143-1.

Construction:
The Centurion vault room consists of modular panels which are assembled together using a welded method of construction.
On completion, the appearance of the vault can be improved by traditional methods e.g. plasterboard cladding or blockwork and plaster finish. The room is then secured by a vault door to the same security standard. Additional doors can be specified on request.

Wall panels:
The panels are constructed from steel pans filled with a reinforced concrete matrix. This construction remains uniform throughout all grades.

Floor and Roof panels:
The panels are constructed from the same material as the wall panels. Roof panels are manufactured to the maximum lengths as provided in the product specification. Roof spans exceeding the panel lengths will require an internal support stucture. This can be designed to suit the internal layout of the vault.

Cable ducts:
Cables are controlled by ducts located at the top and bottom of each panel.

KEY FEATURES:

  • High quality protection using modern high specification materials and technology.
  • Can be integrated into various environments (for example new buildings, existing buildings and to strengthen strong room units).
  • Manufactured to correspond with the latest security standards.
  • The Centurion can be individually designed to any shape or size.
  • Available in a range of security grades.

CUSTOMISATION:

Strongroom door:
The Centurion vault is secured by a vault door to the same security standard of the modular panels. This ensures uniform levels of protection throughout the whole assembly.
Please see ’Centurion Door’ brochure for further details.

Ventilation control:
The Centurion vault is ventilated by a VdS approved ventilation system. Compact and easy to connect the system allows a crosssection flow of 150cm2 approx.

DESIGN FEATURES:

Size and layout:
The Centurion vault can be designed on a bespoke basis, to suit any shape or size, subject to a full and comprehensive survey.

Finish:
The vault is internally finished with primerpaint over steel panels.
Externally, the panels are finished in fair-faced concrete.
Other finishes can be applied on completion of the vault, to improve the visual appearance.

Alarm and power access:
Each individual panel is supplied with 2 x 21mm diameter, cranked entry points to allow access for power, alarm and telephone cables. Bespoke positions can be specified at the clients request.

Layout drawings:
On agreement of specification and layout, schematic drawings can be raised for client approval.

Vault configuration:
Dependant on the project requirements, Centurion vaults can be supplied and installed in both 5 sided and 6 sided structures.
